Brampton Farmers' Market

Sustainable Brampton has been working with the regular stallholders to make Brampton farmers’ market a huge success.
We pride ourselves on the quality of everything that is sold at the market. Come along to Brampton for the best local, fresh food.
Over the past year the market has gone from strength to strength and the occasional special markets have delighted many customers, new and old alike.

Brampton Food Network

The Brampton Food Network is a recently incorporated social enterprise (an Industrial and Provident Society for the Benefit of the Community) that aims to increase the supply of local and sustainable food into the Brampton District, to increase composting and to encourage and support local people to grow their own food.

We recognise the need to have greater food security and to develop food systems that rely less on fossil fuels if we are to be resilient to future issues around Peak Oil and Climate Change.

Walkers are Welcome

Walkers are Welcome towns and villages are places which have something special to offer walkers.

This community-led scheme, run by volunteers, has grown considerably since it was launched in 2007, Brampton being the 66th town to gain the status.  To find out more visit the Walkers are Welcome national website. We hope to see you in Brampton soon.
